A good size room/appartment for London. The hotel is very quiet and a mini grocery store is close by if you need anything. The bathroom is super spacious, modern and clean. The tube is across the street and could not be more convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had booked a one bedroom. My mom took the bedroom and I slept on the sofa bed which wasn’t bad. They provided the bedding in a bag which was practical.

Stayed here for serveral nights in London and it was a world class experience. Booked direct with Cove and I was given complimentary early check-in and late check-out. Cove is a division of a serviced apartment company with a 24 hour front desk with the big idea that hotel rooms are for sleeping while serviced apartments are designed for living. Checked-in online a few days prior to arrival and my apartment was ready upon arrival. The front desk was quick. Being towards the back of the property, took an elevator to my floor and had to go down and up a flight of stairs to my apartment as the rear elevator was out of service due to painting. My larger studio was facing the back of the property making for a quiet stay. One of the windows opened slightly for a nice breeze and fresh air. Room cleaning is weekly and the staff can be reached via WhatsApp. The studio was well stocked including a washer/dryer, microwave, cooktop, oven, and hood. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, along with dish soap and laundry detergent. Wifi was speedy at ~60 mps. Air conditioning was available and controllable for my unit only. The bathroom was high-end with a rainfall shower, handheld shower with excellent water pressure, fluffy towels over a heated towel rack, heated bathroom floors along with soap, body wash, and shampoo dispensers. Interestingly, there was no facial tissues in the unit. There is a Sainsbury a few doors down that sold facial tissues. The wardrobe was fully stocked with hangers, safe, iron, ironing board, along with a dryer rack. There was also a dining table, a couple chairs, along with a lounge chair in the apartment. The mattress in the apartment was starting to show its age with a couple sag marks from heavy use. The sheets and mattress toppers were all of excellent quality. The property has a laundry room in the basement with 3 washer and 3 dryers along with laundry detergent. There is also a gym in the basement. Location is phenomenal with the Bloomberg headquarters the next building over, a Sainsbury grocery store a few doors down, along with a Pret a Manger for quick bites also a few doors down. There are a couple high end coffee shops across the street too along with pubs. The Mansion House underground station is also steps away from the front entrance of the building.

Location is well connected with a grocery store within a minute of walking and the same for underground. Close to the bank and lots of scenic places.

COVE is an amazing place to stay both for shorter trips but also for longer temp accommodations in London. Close to the tube and very easy to get to and from. The apartments have everything you’ll need and if you’re missing anything the staff will go way and beyond to fix it for you. I stayed at cove for more than two months and it felt like a home! Everyone is nice and helpful and you’ll be taken care of while you’re there! All the best recommendations to COVE and the team!
